Results of CEN 03/2019 (Ministerial & Isolated Categories)
[Junior Stenographer/English (Cat. No.2) & Junior Translator/Hindi (Cat. No.3)]
1. Based on their performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted from 15th to 18th Dec2020 & 07th Jan-2021 by RRBs (under CEN 03/2019) and options furnished in their online applications, candidates bearing the following roll numbers (15-digit) arranged in horizontal ascending order (not in order of merit), have been provisionally shortlisted to appear in the Stenography Skill Test for Cat. No. 02 and the Translation Test for Cat. No. 03 (as applicable).
2. Normalisation of raw scores (marks) has not been done since the examination for the concerned category was conducted in a single shift only.
3. Results for all other posts (notified under CEN 03/2019) that do not have Skill Test/ Translation Test/ Performance Test/ Teaching Skill Test will be declared later along with the result of candidates shortlisted for Document Verification.
4. The total number of candidates shortlisted for the Stenography Skill Test and Translation Test is 10 times of the notified vacancies subject to availability of qualified candidates.
5. If a candidate has appeared in more than one category (in more than one shift) consisting of distinct question paper based on his/her eligibility and post preference, he/she has been shortlisted accordingly as per his/her merit in the category.
6. The question paper for Junior Stenographer (Cat. No. 02) consisted of two subjects having 50 questions each. The marks of each subject have been scaled up to 100 marks and the total marks have been scaled up to 200 as per para 13.11 of detailed notification to CEN 03/2019. Only those candidates who have qualified in each subject separately, have been shortlisted and the cut-off is based on the total marks of 200 for Cat. No. 02.

Details will be available only for these two categories viz., Categories 02 & 03. (b) For the remaining categories the scorecard and question paper with final answer keys will be available after publication of the remaining results for Document Verification.
8. Dates and venues of the Stenography Skill Test and Translation Test will be informed to the shortlisted candidates through RRB websites/SMS/Email (provided in their application).
9. The candidature of all the shortlisted candidates is purely provisional and is liable to be canceled at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, in case any inconsistency/deficiency/discrepancy is detected in the information furnished by them in their online application or if any malpractice on their part is noticed at any stage of the recruitment process or thereafter. It may be noted that merely calling a candidate for Stenography Skill Test / Translation Test does not entitle him/her in any way to an appointment in the Railways.
